Accounts Assistant

JOB DEFINITION:
• Reporting to Assistant Finance Manager & Finance Manager
• Responsible for accounts receivable, job costing, stock check, Back up & OT calculation
JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Min relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• 2 -3 years relevant experience
• Reliability & integrity
• Good Microsoft office knowledge
• Good knowledge of Singapore GST
• Self motivated & result-oriented
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Singaporean/PR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To prepare SOA to be send to the customers for chasing outstanding invoice payment & via email & fax follow up with the phone call.
• To note down the discussion points during the conversation with the customers over the phone or email for regular follow up for future.
• Calculate the overtime for the operation staff & submit to immediate supervisor for payment arrangements.
• To liaise warehouse keeper for Monthly random stock check physical & half yearly stock check as well as in books
• To enter overseas Sales & purchase booking in FACT & EASPAC system and send SOA in all currencies every week to ESM in required format.
• To act as a back up for the middle & junior level colleagues in the accounts / finance dept.
• To submit various invoicing related reports requested by management on time to time basis.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor on time to time basis
